Campus is the place where students study and grow up,it should be the safest and most beautiful place.However,the frequent occurrence of campus bullying makes students feel afraid and resisting the school,and even appear to be tired of learning and truancy.School bullying is a common phenomenon,which has a great impact on the growth of students.The seriousness of its consequences has been widely concerned by the society.Many scholars at home and abroad have conducted a lot of research on campus bullying.Judging from the current research situation,scholars in the past have little research on bullying in primary schools,and few scholars have studied bullying behavior from the perspective of personality characteristics.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,this study analyzes the personality characteristics of bullies and victims from the perspective of personality characteristics,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for family and school education.This study used the Eysenck Personality scale to measure the personality traits of 32 bullies and 47 victims.The results of the study indicate that there is no significant difference between the bullies and the victims in terms of internal and external tropism and emotional stability.Most of the students involved in bullying tend to be introverted or in the middle,and both bullies and victims show high emotional instability.But there are significant differences in the mental quality and concealment between the bullies and victims.The bullies has a higher mental quality and a lower level of concealment than the victims.According to the research results,combined with the relevant theoretical basis and the psychological development characteristics ofprimary school students,this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on education from both family and school.I hope that through the research of this paper,we can provide some theoretical foundations for other scholars,and also provide some ideas for primary school teachers or other researcher,so as to propose some feasible strategies to curb the occurrence of bullying behavior in primary schools.
