| Amateur Sports School in China starting from 1955 has made tremendous contributions to the development of our country sports in 55 years. In the 21st century, with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, constantly improve the social system and the shift of the country's economic reform and national sports development policy ,the development of amateur sports schools experienced some troubles in recent years. It never failed to go beyond the brilliant created in the past. Amateur Sports School is a"vector"cultivating our country's reserve sports talents, which is directly related to the development of Sports. The problems of Amateur Sports School has caused many discuss and research of domestic experts and scholars, but most of these discussions is for the purpose of "three training system" and not study fundamentally sports schools. So it failed to form a competitive sports training pattern meeting the conditions of our country. In recent, what problems did Amateur Sports School face and how we should solve these problems?Municipal sports schools as the backbone of all levels'amateur sports schools is an important part of basis of"three training system", which play a connecting link in the role of basis. Therefore, the investigation of Shanxi municipal sports schools is great significance.In the paper, the four major sports school in Shanxi Province is the research object, the "people first" is the entry point, the understanding of development of the students, coaches and school leaders is foundation ,and Excel statistical analysis is based. The coaches, athletes and school leaders of the four major sports school in Shanxi Province are questioned, the data getting from the questionnaire is analyzed and we can study the current situation of sports schools.The survey content of the four major sports schools in Shanxi :1.The Coaches of four major sports schools in Shanxi are surveyed and analyzed including the age structure, coaching time, education, job title, job training investigation and enthusiasm of coaches, the research situation, computer proficiency, and the development prospects of schools.2.The students'basic are surveyed in four major sports in Shanxi including students'age,the time of participating in the training, learning and training, and the motivation learning and participating in the training, exercise level, graduate prospects, graduate destination.3.The current operation way of four major sports schools in Shanxi is investigated and analyzed.4.The current school funding of four major sports schools in Shanxi is nvestigated.Through analysis of questionnaire, we can find the main factors affecting the development of four major sports schools and problems of training sports'reserve talents, by which we can put forward feasible proposals of sports schools'healthy, sustainable development and propose ideas and suggestions of reform and development of training sports talents in our country.By the aboving study, we can get:1.
