With the trends of modern basketball toward the direction of high intensity, high skill and high against,the basketball game becoming more intense, the body against is growing day by day, this causes a lot of pressure to the basketball players and there is increasingly demanding psychological training higher on them. But a long time the psychological study about the basketball players tend to competitive sports, mainly how to dig Players psychological potential, play the psychological advantage in the race to show the best competitive state, so that the athletes physical, technical and psychological level of the three levels of integration and fully reflected in research and research purposes, but in the mass range of sports and school sports to amateur basketball games for basketball fans in the regulation of negative emotion few studies, and the depth of existing research is not enough.From the Emotion Regulation and college students contact basketball proposition, from the principles of the analysis of emotion, negative emotion, the mechanism of psychological training. In Henan University, Zhengzhou University, Henan Agricultural University, three universities of the basketball-loving university students make the appropriate investigations, analyze and summarize the college basketball game in college students the causes of negative emotions.According to preliminary results, in the three universities in Henan Province selected 180 college students as subjects, according to the different professional divided into three groups: exercise training group, physical education group, common professional group, every major groups according to different situations were divided into experimental group and control group. One of the three professional experimental group,we use the mode of focused on teaching and individual counseling,by the way through breathing training method, focus training method, self-suggestive training, simulation training method, image adjustment method, the transfer of race tension training and so on ,to psychological train on the experimental group three months.Respectively, before the psychological training and after the psychological training one month, two months, three months,we use the Mood State Scale of the experimental group and control group for four times evaluation, the evaluation results according to four times the data were analyzed, and analysis method using T-test significant difference test, and finally concluded in accordance with the results of college students for college basketball games in the regulation of negative emotions method for many students to better participate in basketball.Four times evaluation through comparative analysis of data showed that after three months of psychological training, the experimental group students regulate emotions in the basketball game the ability to gradually increase by the impact of negative emotions decreased. Among them, the common professional students training in general most obvious, followed by physical education majors, exercise training professional training effect college students generally. The psychological training effect of the exercise training professional students is generally, but whether, before or after the test ,the exercise training students in total emotional chaos(TMD) is the average of the lowest of the three experimental groups, that is either before training in the psychological, mental training, exercise training professional basketball games students ability to regulate emotions are the best,they were the impact of negative emotions is also the smallest.Through analysis we have made, despite three months of exercise training students in the psychological training effect is not the most obvious, but in actual basketball games,the capacity of exercise training professional students to control their emotions is the best, which with the profession students have superb technical and tactical, strong ability of physical confrontation great relationship; physical education students in these two areas are worse than students in exercise training, but better than the common professional students, and then with physical education students a solid theoretical knowledge, acceptability, and therefore the actual process of mental training, the training effect of physical education is the best; commonl professional training effect of students is most evident, with a very low starting point large relations.In the actual basketball game, commonl professional students are slightly worse than exercise training and physical education majors in emotion regulation, which is common professional students basketball technical and tactical expertise is not high , the body is not strong against a certain extent.Against in the college basketball game the negative emotion greater impact on students, the authors recommend daily physical education in the future, in addition to attention to strengthening the counseling psychology training, but also varies, treatment of students of different professions to take different Training Methods:exercise training majors should strengthen theoretical study and improve the quality of training their own culture; physical education majors should improve basketball technical and tactical ability and physical confrontation on the basis of much competition, rich game experience; while for common professional students, physical education classes should be in the daily or extra-curricular activities, efforts to strengthen basketball technical and tactical and physical confrontation, thereby promoting a better basketball development in the university campus.
