The teachers and students emotion is the key to improves the Teaching-quality and consummate the students perfect personality. The question of teachers and students emotion always is extremely matter of the theory in education, also is the core question which the education and even the society development. In the contemporary education teaching process, the students and the teachers emotion difference question in teachers angle of view is day by day prominent. The teachers has divided into two kind of students: the good students and less advanced students, lives and rests on has obtained after the school and the graduation performance below the paradox,namely the students and the teachers emotion difference should however and the solid however condition. The teachers and students emotion should however the condition be the teachers cherishes the good students, give the students by the very high expectation, requests strictly to the good students, regardless of is in studies the stage or after marches into the society all respects teachers, in coexists from morning until evening with teachers studies the period time to care about teachers, in holidays after graduation always send regards to teachers, " Gives the peach, the repayment plum "; Teachers desolate less advanced students, in teaching process perhaps laissez faire no matter, are appointed it to run it sown course, or the disappointed after ridicule taunts, regarding this, the less advanced students fresh spirit is lacking in vigilance, hates or neglects teachers in the emotion.
