With the adventure of information age, the growing use of new technologies can make the education and teaching means and constantly enrich and rapidly develop. The most prominent role of Internet in education is that promote the rise of the network courses and the online education. It provides us with a wealth of resources. With the continuous improvement of people's information literacy, new Internet teaching methods continue to impact on the traditional teaching methods. As the network teaching breaks through the traditional education's limitations in teaching on the same time, synchronous, same place, it makes the forms of learning more various, the content more rich. Thus the modern education hopes to rely more on online media rich resources to service for the education.Since 2003, Boutique course under construction in China on behalf of the online course has been implemented. During six years, our courses have reached more than 3,000, covering the majority of professional courses in colleges and universities, which have a very rich learning resources. But these excellent learning resources did not play a significant role. The result is that the effect of these boutique Courses were not ideal.In this study, the author takes the base of "learning science and technology" network course collaboration platforms - "Learning Science and Technology," Inter-School Collaboration Community (2009 edition) research platform for practice, participate a teamwork group of collaborative learning process from Henan University, analysis of the Web-based collaborative teaching in School Students Learning Motivation, problems, Constraints etc, by the reflections on process, summarized the factor that Web-based collaborative teaching in School Students Learning, and make some stimulating learner motivation strategy according to their own understanding in the end.Under the participation in practice and interview, the author gave the stimulate tactics are: 1. To improve the external conditions and adapt learner characteristics. Concrete can be done from the following aspects:(1)To create real and appropriate learning environment;(2)Game-style web courses learning;(3)Improvement of evaluation methods about Online Course;(4)The effect of encourager from teacher to student.2.To complete the internal motivation, to build learner's confidence. Concrete can be done from the following aspects :(1)To culture the sense of team, to prompter active collaboration.(2)The motivation's stimulate used in all process of learning.For proposed the strategy above, the author also gave some proposal in using: 1. Enhancing the quality of online course overall, Realize the online course standardization.2.Boutique course's assessment can't be once and for all.3.The role of teacher will more force on Instrutor.4.Learners'own had to upgrade the positive mental attitude of learing.5.The teacher should be encourage the students in leaning from beginning to the end.
