How to effectively raise the ability of students'posing mathematical questions is the hot topic of mathematics education in recent years. Posing questions will help students understand and solve a mathematical problem, and is conducive to the re-creation of mathematics learning, it does good to the development of the creative potential of students and cultivating the spirit of innovation, contributing to the learning ability of students. In this paper, the capacity of senior middle school students'posing math questions and their impact factors are under preliminary study. At first the paper uses the literature method and the survey questionnaires on issues related to the basic theory of posing mathematical question. Then it points out the purpose and significance of the study, and designs content of the study. Second, the capacity of senior middle school students'posing math questions is investigated through the SPSS analysis of survey questionnaires. It explores various factors: the gender, grade, math and mathematical knowledge of senior middle school math ability issues. The results are as follows: 1,To take all grades as a whole or divide them seperately by grade for research, girls always have better ability in posing question than boys; 2,With higher the grade the more mathematical knowledge gained. During the process of posing mathematical question, higer grade students will be more targeted and more accuracy than low-grade students; 3,Students with higher math score have a higher trend in question capacity. Finally, based on the above-mentioned studys, the paper suggests how to cultivate and improve students'ability to put forward mathematical problems with a number of recommendations: 1,We should develop students'ability according to their genders. We will enhance girls'logical thinking ability and abstract thinking ability, meanwhile, we will enhance boys'thinking ability in images and improve their language skills. Then we can upgrade their capacities in question together; 2,To let students to grasp better the knowledge of mathematics, to qualified their structures of knowledge and to cultivate the spirit of posing question is an efficient way to enhance the ability of students to ask questions. 3,The better students studying the more questions they pose, and thus it is reflected in the higher level of questioning. This also reflects another aspect: the students asking more questions are often very better in math. From this point we can raise the ability of students'posing questions to improve student achievement in mathematics.
