Innovative country needs creative talents. General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out in 2006 academician conference that the worldwide competition in comprehensive national strength in the final analysis, is the competition of human resources especially innovative talents. To this end, we should take the cultivation of innovative talents as a strategic measure in the building of an innovation-oriented country.From the point of education should strive to build a training system to cultivate innovative talents. Since the implementation of the strategy has made remarkable achievements attracting worldwide attention. But there are still innovative personnel training corners and gaps. For example, the education of female university students' creative ability exist many imperfect problems, affects female students creative play and ability to display their work, and even affects their talent, employment, and thus cause a degree of social implications.In this paper, we view the education of female students'creativity from the perspective of ideological and political. The creative enhancing of female university students, not just a security of their livelihood and employment, but also the protecting of their political standing, personality and dignity, potential development, life and happiness. In higher education, in general, female students' IQ, EQ is not worse than men, but for various reasons, the cultivation and results of their creativity are not satisfactory, showing impact on their self-confidence, self-improvement. This is disharmony with mainstream of harmony society, is incompatible with concept of scientific development and the very purposes of socialism. In short, this problem must be solved to the extent.In this paper, the comprehensive development of the theory, theory of non-intellectual factors, creativity educational theory can be supported. Among them, the comprehensive development of theory is the core of female college students's creativity training. The so-called all-round development, is in intelligence, physical strength and so have been most fully developed and able to assume a variety of social functions rather than a single social functions, and ultimately the organic unity of dedication and returns.This paper is in the basis of social survey and empirical data. The author's research by way of questionnaires and interviews, and accumulated a large number of first-hand detailed information, the written boost.In this paper, female college students cultivate creativity in the relationship between the ideological and political education, female students cultivate creativity, the ideological and political education function, relationship between personal values and social values as the content argument. This is the main part of the article, is to study the female students of ideological and political education, creativity and a concentrated expression of the inherent links.The theoretical innovation is the author uses the system theory point of view, from the concept of mediator, ring body, evaluation, analysis of four female students of ideological and political education to train the basic path of creativity.
