On The Role Of The Universities’Ideological And Political Education In Cultivating Undergraduate Village Official

Under the background of coordinating urban and rural development, the nation puts forward the measure of constructing new countryside, which desiderates the support of talent.The policy of undergraduate village official confirms with the construction of new countryside. On one hand, hosting village officials has an important role in the development of undergraduates themselves.On the other hand, the undergraduate village official plays an active role and become a new force in the construction of new countryside. However, we should recognize clearly that some problems occurring to some undergraduate village officials in practice, restricting severely them working effectively in countryside Universities’ideological and political education should give priority to how to ensure those students "go willingly, stay relieved, work effectively and exchange reasonably". From the ideology purpose and individual role of universities’ideological and political education, this paper analyses the responsibilities and obligations of universities in cul ti vat ing undergraduate vil lage officials, and points out the posit i ve role and current phenomenon of universities’ideological and political education in enhancing the quality of those students. The effective education of view of world, philosophy and value should be improved, it lacks of adaptive education content or has not yet formed an effective educational co-force to train them. The cultivation of undergraduate village officials has brought new requirements for universities’ ideological and political education. To further explore and improve the role of ideological and political education in educating the undergraduate village official, we need to improve their understanding of the education role, enhance the targeted education content, improve the educating methods, and form an educating force of various collaborative efforts.We also need to take the advantage of all staff and whole process’education for undergraduates, and push forward the development of economy.
