Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures For Innovative Ability Of Key Discipline Of Universities And Colleges In Shanxi Province

Innovative ability of a country and nation is based on talent, especially with the innovation of high-level personnel. Universities are the cradles of innovation and personnel training. They are also important subjects of national innovation system. Innovation in higher education directly affects the country's innovation capability. Graduate education as the highest level of education in our country, it plays a very important role in production of innovative talents, who are urgently demanded for construction of an innovative country. Personnel's training is a basic function of graduate education. The subject is an important carrier of personnel training. To foster an innovative spirit and ability of high-quality and high-level talents, innovation of disciplines must be developed, especially innovation of the key disciplines.Innovative ability of the key disciplines is the key and core of the development of Universities in Shanxi. It is very important to enhance the innovation capability of the key disciplines for Shanxi universities. Based on the theory of management, we analyses innovative ability of university's key disciplines in Shanxi by use of literature, historical, comparative and investigative method.This paper consists of four components. The preface makes introduction on the value, trends, structure and methods of the research are briefly introduced. It is the study background and basis for the whole dissertation.Based on the concept, connotation and constitution elements of innovation ability of university'key disciplines, we discuss the status of university'key disciplines in Shanxi in chapter 1.Then, in chapter 2, this article makes a primary analysis of the existing problems and causes of innovative ability of university's key disciplines in Shanxi.In chapter 3, We discuss how to improve the innovative ability of university'key disciplines in Shanxi from seven key aspects, including the direction of research, teams, academic environment, material conditions, evaluation institution, platform, as well as management mode.
