| The development of career guidance curriculum, as one of the main component of the career guidance, have made some progress. However, the severe employment situation, the importance of career guidance, the weakness in the colleges'career guidance and the one-sideness of colleges'special education demand higher level career guidance curriculum. Under this situation, so how to locate the value orientation of career guidance curriculum and develop the curriculum system in accordance with its value orientation is the main problem needing urgent solution.Two research methods have been usde in this paper: document and questionnaire. Lots of documents, such as workers, investigation reports, government publications and so on offer the theoretical framework and data to this research; a survey on the current situation of the career guidance curriculum and students'expectation in X university in Shanghai have been given, which gives some surports to other researchers'investigation reports, and also data facts to the value orientation location and curriculum system construcation. Both of the methonds mentioned above are interpenetrated, also great methodological significance.This paper includes five parts. Chapter One is introduction, research background, reviews of documents, basic research theories, research design and research program have been introduced; Chapter Two refers to the evolution of employment system for college students and the curent situation of career guidance curriculum in China. And the problems and its reseasons are discussed; In Chapter Three, the development of value orientation for college curriculum in China has been introduced, and the factors which effcet the value orientation have been analyzed. Based on the consideration of the demands of students and society, the pursiut of value has been put forword; A career guidance curriculum system for our coutry's colleges have been constructed basing on the basic modal of curriculum construcation intruduced, the nanalysis of the factors which effcet this construction and the value orientation mentioned above has been proposed in Chapter Four; In Chapter Five, a conclusion has been made and some reflections on the development of career guidance curriculum have been mentioned. |
