Graduate of the " three-assistance " work is an important task of the institutional reform of universities in postgraduate training, it is an effective way to achieve post-graduate support and enhance the overall quality of graduate students. However, the " three-assistance " funding and training function did not play well.This study aimed at understanding the status of the "three-assistance" work, finding out why the funding and training functions are difficult to achieve. For school management and self-enhancement of graduate students to provide some personal recommendations. This study mainly through the questionnaire survey, interviews, as well as document analysis look into the status of the " three-assistance " work. Select H University of the different branches of Arts, Master of Science graduate students conducted a questionnaire survey, released 200 copies of questionnaires,157 valid questionnaires, and interviews with 9 graduate students,4 teachers, and analysis some policy text and graduate information of the case. Use of educational management, postgraduate education of management, psychology of knowledge for analysis.The study found that graduate students whom very much welcome the school to provide "three-assistance" work, there main purpose is to make money, and did not truly realize the "cultivate" positioning; postgraduate work the contents of a single and relatively low levels, below the expectations of graduate students, so job content could not meet the development needs of graduate students; "three-assistance" get better financing capabilities to achieve, but get paid with a utilitarian nature of some students to work as a means of seeking personal interests; Post-graduate work in the loose environment, lack of communication between teachers and students, lack of necessary supervision and management of graduate students, rely mainly on individual initiative and self-discipline; graduate students to enhance the overall quality to a certain extent, but the capacity for innovation has not been effectively upgrading; graduate of the " three-assistance " work management systems, as well as satisfaction with pay is relatively low. In short, the graduate of the " three-assistance " work to achieve the financing function, training function needs further elaboration. This is mainly due to the " three-assistance " work itself, the nature of the impact of financing; Teachers ignored the training function, and graduate students are lack of knowledge on the " three-assistance " work, at the same time," three-assistance " examination as well as the incentive mechanism is not sound and restricted " three-assistance " feature implementation.As a result, this study, response to these findings, put forward some suggestions:enhance the " three-assistance " work content, optimize the support system, optimize the position settings; improve the examination and evaluation mechanisms and incentive mechanisms; instructor to "train" responsibility, to strengthen teacher-student interaction, play a guiding teacher's influence; graduate should rational planning personal learning and living, active learning in the post and positive action. |
