Culture encourage the development of human society, as a specific phenomenon nowadays, especially culture is a kind of tradition and custom. Along with the development of university, a unique campus culture involved all members in school formed little by little, including school spirit, education goals, development of teaching facilities, custom and also physical activities. Athletic contests are high-grade representation of physical activities, they enrich the campus culture life of all teachers and students, speed the development of campus culture at the same time. CUBA is fresh blood referring to physical activities and new way for all teachers and students to take part in.According to the huge change and wide participation of every colleges and universities,by using the method of literature, investigation, interview, induction, background in the development of CUBA in recent four years, focusing on sports culture, this paper researches on the campus culture activities of CUBA, new format, performance of the basketball players, personnel training and future development. This paper studies profound influence on campus culture that causes by CUBA, the positive activities on grown of undergraduates, the breakthrough contribution for the construction of reserve talents and echelon of excellent players for the country, the direction and target of CUBA.Studies show that after a decade gradual development, CUBA now have got a mature system for sports events, more and more teams in the field. The whole level of league improves a lot; contests are more exciting to watch. Survey shows that CUBA has more positive activities on undergraduates, including raising interests in physical training, improving mental visage, enriching the spare time, increasing knowledge, expanding their horizon, encouraging human communication. Survey also shows that CUBA has a great effort on construction of campus culture, enriching cultural life on campus and improving initiative of teachers and students participating physical training. CUBA helps increase the whole level of college basketball and also helps the construction of reserve talents and echelon of basketball players, while improving the notability and brand of college. In future, CUBA will hold the basic aim of league, while perfecting the system of competition, and also apply itself to the well development of league.
