Research On Measures And Strategies Of Group Education In Our Colleges

The process of people accepts the education is also the process of socialization. People's all activities, is during the specific social relationship. People live in the common social relations. The final analysis, human life is social life. Group education with the purpose of promote the process of individual socialization cultivates group awareness in community. Take individual-oriented development as guidance and goal, raises person's main body consciousness, the independent personality and the ability of innovation.From the historical and logical angles which were unified, firstly this paper based on collection widely and drawing lessons from correlative literature research before, this paper is comprehensively using psychics and sociology correlative theory, adopting the method of theoretical and empirical research, quantitative analysis. Firstly, the paper defines the connotation of group and group education. An empirical analysis of present situation of group awareness of college students in Dalian University of Technology was accomplished. In this investigation,400 questionnaires were hand out. Survey result shows that, group awareness of college students has three characteristics which are openness and gregariousness, actuality and virtuality, selectivity and partnering accompany with three problems. The individual self-awareness is excessively strong, difficult to accommodate others; Strong sense of individual independence with poor independent ability and strong psychological dependence; Indifferent teacher-student relationship. And then, carry on the possible causes. In response to this current situation, measures and strategies of college group education were given out. All the proposals include the following concrete measures:setting off from people-oriented and set up new ideas of gregarious groups; Through the combination of self-education and other-education to promote harmonious development of personality and sociability; Takes the effective measures to implement all-round group education.
