With the development of the economy and the general improvement of ideological concepts,rural minority women in the northwestern rural areas began to go out of their homes and head to the city,and their identity has also changed from rural women to urban migrant women.In the process of mobility,these women face many problems,and women's health is a priority area for women's development.A woman's health is the foundation of the whole family's development.Minority migrant women want to be backward due to economic conditions,and their education level is low.Constrained by traditional ideas and religious culture,health awareness is weak,lack of health knowledge,and narrow ways to understand health knowledge,which not only affects women's own health and development,but also is not conducive to the improvement of family health and well-being.This study is based on the ethnic minority migrant women in the L community of Qilihe District,Lanzhou City.Using questionnaires to understand the ways in which healthy migrants,common diseases,physical exercises,gynecological diseases,and access to health knowledge are available to migrant women in the L community.Aspects and needs.Under the guidance of social work value concept and cognitive behavior theory,relying on S organization,using the mode of group work education group to carry out the theme of awareness and health,common disease prevention knowledge,gynecological diseases,daily physical exercise video teaching Activities to popularize basic health knowledge for migrant women in ethnic minorities and expand access to health knowledge to enhance the health awareness of migrant women in ethnic minorities.The implementation process and effect of the activity were evaluated in the form of questionnaires,and the advantages and feasibility of social work involved in the improvement of women's health awareness among ethnic minority migrants werediscussed.
