Research On Job Training System Of College Dancesport Teachers In China

In the 21st knowledge-based economy century, human resources has become the primary resource to ensure social development. In education, excellent teachers have become a key factor in winning competitions among colleges and universities. Since colleges generally tend to set "learning initialized, innovative ones" as the goal of development, they keep to concentrate on and upgrade in-service teacher training. In the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Peking University, addressed the General Assembly, Comrade Jiang Zemin stated, "Nowadays in the world, when science and technology are advancing rapidly, the knowledge economy has been in sight and national competition come to be more severe. " Whatever the economic competition or comprehensive national power is ultimately lies in competition for talent. So that to be with high quality innovative talents in the fierce international competition means to occupy a dominant position in the world. Ability to cultivate high-quality innovative talents depends critically on the overall level of education and the education system of a country. An advanced-level education proves to be teacher-centered and teachers are the heart of the education system. In this sense, teacher education research should be highlighted because of its importance in this paper. In-service training system construction for teachers will be thoroughly studied and discussed on the issue.This study used survey methods and expert interviews to gather relevant information. With literature within and abroad China and general selection of relevant information, I conduct analysis and research in the voluminous literature on the basis of dance through the investigation of sports training for teachers in the current system of teacher training in China and deal with Dance Sport problems in a detailed analysis to summed up that there are three types of main reasons leading to problems with teacher training system:sports dance training courses have a too wide coverage and highlights little key and difficult points; varying quality of teaching resource exists in teacher training; training evaluation focus only on the ultimate evaluation instead of multi-level evaluation. The analysis of problems about existing training system laid the foundation for building the in-service teaching system. This paper, as a starting point for the study those mentioned, discusses in detail the construction of sports dance teacher training system to build and formed a promoted training system.With the systematic, effective, forward-looking, teaching every combination of theory and practice the principles followed, the study-referring to a system-based training model-build out the college sports dance teacher-job training system in line with the characteristics of in-service training. The system mainly bases on the system-based training model which is improved and perfected in the article and achieve the goal of eventual establishment of a learning organization while take lifelong learning theory and human capital theory as the foundation combining with the main proceeds of sports training-training objectives identified; training content; training teacher and evaluation effectiveness. This article makes a detailed exposition on the teacher training system and builds a relatively complete sports dance teacher-job training system in order to promote the development of sport dance.
