The Current Situation Of Postgraduate Training And Strategy Research Of The Dancesport Project At Some Of The Sports Colleges In China

Dancesport is a newly dance project, in recent years, it gradually spread into the colleges and universities, it is getting more and more popular between teachers and students during the process of development. In order to adapt a better development for it, the sports college set a postgraduate training project especially for dancesport. This article takes6sports colleges which offer postgraduate study of dancesport as a research object, by using the method of literature、questionnaire、expert interview etc... From the aspects of dancesport teaching hour, teaching status, teaching resources, teaching facilities etc, make a systematic investigation and comparative study through questionnaire from teachers and students.By collecting the questionnaire, analysis and processing the date. The studies have shown that the dancesport developing rapidly among all of the sports colleges, because of its unique charm and form of expression. Teaching resources need to speed up in order to adapt its development. The applicability of the teaching materials is poor; focus on practical rather theory teaching; teaching venues for all of the sports colleges meet the basic needs, and still need further improvement; use more high-tech multi-media teaching facilities; increase the training for dancesport teachers, improve the professional level, in order to stabilize the development of the teaching team in scalar form; the teachers need to draw up scientific, innovative teaching method, cultivate students’enthusiasm, in accordance with students’different skill level; strengthen the students’practical ability, train the postgraduate become the high talented person which more suit for teaching.This article aims to make a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of training status of postgraduate, which from dancesport department at all sports college, further clarify the training purposes and tasks of the dancesport postgraduate project, standardize the teaching content, improve the education system, innovate teaching method, find out the factors that influence the development of postgraduate, propose corresponding strategy, provide valuable basis for the development and training the high educated people for teaching purpose at the sports college dancesport department.
