The Rearch Of The Present Situation And The Sustainable Development Of The Xtra-curricular Grmnastics Training Bases In HuNan Province

The gymnastics training is to train the talented people who have the special conditions and specially conform to the need of the modern gymnastics sports development, to train them with the training plans step by step with the clear aims so as to enable them to have the special skills of gymnastics. However, the extra-curricular gymnastics training bases are the places where the trainees (students) are under the training instructions of the trainers or coaches in their the idle time, by having some basic study or practice according to the training aims and plans step by step, then to achieve the levels of having the special skills of gymnastics, and obtaining the excellent results in the gymnastics competitions.This article takes the six key extra-curricular gymnastics training bases in Hunan Province as the object of study, using the methords of the literatural materials, consultsing the experts, the questionnaire survey, investigating on the spot and the mathematical method of averaging, to explore the constructions of the extra-curricular gymnastics training bases from the perspective of the present situation and the development, to put the research focus on the constructions of the extra-curricular gymnastics training bases and its sustainable development with the comparison, the analysis and the research of the present situation of the extra-curricular gymnastics training bases from the multiple perspectives.Looking over the full text, the main conclusions of the research are as follows: 1. The distribution of the extra-curricular gymnastics training bases is basically balanced, covering the southeast of Hunan, the west of Hunan, the north of Hunan, and the south of Hunan where the transportation is very convenient, and the equipment and the location can basically satisfy the trainees'(students') normal training.2. The teaching form of the extra-curricular gymnastics training bases is mainly the combination and the cooperation between the extra-curricular gymnastics training and the key kindergartens and the elementary and middle schools to unify the the cultural teaching and the sports, which can ensure a certain number of the trainees (students) and also can guaranteed the students' cultural study.3. The primary factors to affect the sustainable development of the extra-curricular gymnastics Training base are the shortage of the financial invests, the unitary few channel to raise the fund, the unsuitable situation between the training and hiring of the trainers or coaches, the difficulty of the recruitment of the trainees (students), the serious outflowing of the outstanding sports seedlings, the shortage of the scientific system's selection mechanism, the innovation of the training and the imperfect training conditions. At present, the prominent factors of restricting the sustainable development of the extra-curricular gymnastics training bases in Hunan Province are shortage of the funds and the unstable students' source.4. The key measures of promoting the constructions and the sustainable development of the extra-curricular gymnastics training bases in our province are gradually transforming the working functions of the sports administrative centers in our province, increasing the financing channels, consummating the training system of the trainers to remain in office, constructing the gymnastics training teams and consummating the athletes' culture and education system reasonably and scientificly, streng thening the cultural education of the athletes, strengthening the scientific selection and training, enhancing the quality and the efficiency of the personnel training, improving the conditions of the training facility, and creating an exquisiting, harmonious and nurtural environment. The suitable pattern of the sustainable development of the extra-curricular gymnastics training bases in Hunan Province is to insiste verious forms of schooling, to use the pan-training objectives and to use the organizing forms to unify the sports and the cultural teaching, to insist the form of self-providing primarily and the government supporting for the auxiliary as the fund raising pattern, to strengthen self-establishment of the training units, and to build a harmonious, exquisite and nurturing environment.
