Ordinary Middle Schools In China High-level Men's Football Team's Investigation And Analysis

Talented youth football,soccer talents cultivation is the most basic and most important, whether it is football power,or football in developing countries,both the training of young soccer players develop their football as the most important measures.School is the combination of sport and education platform,is to develop the ideal fertile ground for young football talents.School is youth culture and sports training to learn the most critical stage of secondary school do a good job of training young soccer players,on our popular youth football,soccer talents cultivating a large number of young people is important.Based on the participation in the 2009 Tenth National School Games football competition of the 13 men from across the country (including Hong Kong) students team leader,coaches, athletes questionnaires and face to face interviews,the survey data obtained mathematical statistics and logical analysis,understanding of the general secondary school level football team of China's basic situation,and the following conclusions:1,Athletes serious contradiction between learning and training, cultural studies generally poor results,93.66 percent of the athletes that training on cultural learning influence,but their parents support their children to participate in training and competition.2,A more reasonable age structure of coaches,84.21 percent for the young,coaching qualifications,academic and professional titles and offer better,but the comprehensive ability, particularly in research capacity needs to be improved. Coaches generally reflect the opportunity to learn too little education,89.47 percent of the coaches in the last three years has not participated in advanced studies for one year or six months.Athletes of the work attitude and ability to hold a positive attitude toward coaching,all coaches are satisfied with their level of coaching, but some of the training is not satisfied with the treatment and compensation.3,The school where the sports teams and facilities into the overall funding situation is not ideal,and very different.The main sources of funding earmarked for schools and self-financing. Regular medical supervision of all sports teams and the situation with full-time doctors is poor, only 15.38 percent of the team with a full-time doctor.4,The daily training of the sports teams is ideal circumstances,the time put into more positive attitude to training athletes,training contents more scientific and rational,but participated in less formal competition screenings,which restricts the further improvement of competitive level athletes.5,86.83 percent is one or two football players.Their main motivation to participate in the training exercise,hobbies and education, After graduating student athletes is the main flow of university sports teams or sports departments.6,Our high level of general secondary school football team uneven geographical distribution,76.92 percent distribution in the eastern developed areas.Football is football almost all traditional items from the school,they have to transport a large number of outstanding national soccer talents.
