The Current Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Football Teachers In School Football Characteristic Schools In Primary And Secondary Schools In Xiangxi County

In the final analysis,the competition of modern football is the competition of talents,the competition of athletes in form,but the competition of coaches in essence.For the growth of young players,the role of coaches is even more important.Without high-quality and high-level teachers,there would be no high-grade and high-quality education.Building A high-quality teaching force is the key to improving the teaching quality of schools,the professional level of teachers directly determines the quality and effect of campus football.Therefore,it is very necessary to investigate and analyze the current situation of the training of football teachers in the special schools of campus football.Based on the methods of Literature Review,questionnaire,logical deduction and induction,this study investigated the current training situation of 103 football teachers in 65 primary and secondary schools in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture.The current situation of football teacher training in primary and secondary schools in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture:(1)the training system of football teachers in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is not perfect;(2)the training funds of football teachers in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture are insufficient,which limits the opportunities for football teachers to participate in training;(3)the number of football matches held in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture and the frequency of training are too low;(4)the content of training for football teachers in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture pays more attention to practice than to systematic theoretical training;(5)the training mode for football teachers in schools with Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture football characteristics is single;(6)the training of football teachers in schools with football characteristics in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is not satisfactory.The countermeasures of Football Teacher Training in primary and secondary schools in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture:(1)perfecting the system of football teacher training and strengthening the management of training;(2)raising funds from the government,teaching and Sports Bureau and commercial enterprises to ensure the funds for training;(3)to increase the frequency of football matches and training for football teachers on Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture campus;(4)to set up training contents according to the training needs of participants,with emphasis on combining theoretical training with practical training;(5)to enrich the training methods for football teachers in schools with Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture campus football characteristics;(6)to link up with local universities and establish a training base for football teachers on campus so as to enhance their skills and experience.
