The Investigation And Research To Current Situation For School Football Activities Of Primary And Secondary Kaiyuan,Yunnan Province

The Youth Football Program at School in China launched in June10,2009at national scale. This activity aims at promoting the development of sunshinephysical culture and sports, educating teenager football reserve talents,tamping the football foundation of our nation and fully promoting ournation’s sports undertakings to a world sports power. This program is aproject which firstly launched by State Physical Cultural Administration andMinistry of Education since the foundation of new China. There are44citiesand more than2200elementary and secondary schools participated in itthroughout the whole nation and this program will gradually establish andperfect the four stage league systems which contain elementary schools,secondary schools, senior high schools and universities. At present, theFootball Program has already covered all provinces, autonomous regions andmunicipalities in Chinese mainland and the scale will enlarge, theparticipants will increase and the influence will enhance continuously.Kaiyuan City, Yunnan Province is the only county-level city of the firstbatch cities in the Youth Football Program at School in China. The developmentof Football Program in elementary and secondary schools of Kaiyuan City willpush forward Kaiyuan’s football sports into a new historical period. Thisthesis based on the situation of Kaiyuan City and it has an importantsignificance. The author uses questionnaire survey methods, interview methods,field visit methods, mathematical statistics methods and logical analysismethods to investigate43schools which participated in2012to2013KaiyuanFootball Program. This thesis studies Kaiyuan elementary and secondaryschools’ Football Program which including the current situation of campusfootball leagues and training, the equipment of field facilities, schoolmanagers’ emphasis to launch campus football, parents’ attitudes towardstheir children’s participation to football sports, students’acknowledgement and participation motivation to football sports, the currentsituation of campus football instructors and the propagandizing andpopularizing of Football Program. The thesis also analyses and discusses theirinfluence. Meanwhile, it also provides some suggestions and strategies to thescientifically and healthy development of Kaiyuan elementary and secondaryschools’ Football Program. This has some practical significance to enrichour nation’s teenage football reserve talents and push forward Football Program’s development in border areas and rural remote areas.The author investigates and analyses the topic and considers that thefavorable factors to launch Kaiyuan elementary and secondary schools’Football Program are: the national policy to highly support The Youth FootballProgram at School in China, the deep football public foundation and footballatmosphere in Kaiyuan, administrative departments at different levels attachimportance to Football Program, students’ enthusiasm to participate footballsports continuously improved. The main restricted factors to launch Kaiyuanelementary and secondary schools’ Football Program are: the puzzle of ournation’s football over-all situation, the whole professional quality andvocational level of campus football instructors are not so high, theinfrastructures are poor, the funds guarantee is not enough, competition andtraining system need to be improved, the development of football levelsbetween urban and rural areas are imbalance, the deficiency of effectiveencourage and assess systems, people’s enthusiasm needs to be improved.This thesis puts forward some suggestions and measures to develop Kaiyuanelementary and secondary schools’ Football Program scientifically andhealthily: to further enhance leadership and team building increasescommunication and coordination force among departments, increase trainingstrength, enhance teaching staff’s professional quality and skills, improvecompetition and training systems, formulate policies to support rural schoolsto launch campus football, improve campus football guarantee systems whichbased on current situation and integrate social resources, establishencourage and evaluate system, increase participants’ enthusiasm, innovateactivities, enhance propaganda and create a great atmosphere.
