Culture is always in changing. Looking back to the history of world culture, some ancient cultures existed only a period of time. The key reason was they cannot adapt to changes. However, thanks to its ever changing condition, Chinese culture keeps maintaining lively and holds its changeless kernel culture. There are many reasons of culture change, for both the internal and external factors can bring about the adaptation in cultural system. In a broad sense, communication actually is culture. This paper discusses cultural blend and changes between different ethnos from the angle of communication. The Chinese village in Tongren gets along with Zang nationality about two hundreds years, during which they had peace times as well as culture clash. Under long collisions and shocks among the two cultures and civilizations, both of them had culture acculturation. Meanwhile, they kept their kernel culture. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the background of settlement, including history, natural environment, human environment and general situation of migrants. The second part is the main part. With the combination of the local historical article, the present pictures of Chinese migrants' lives, which contain the material culture, institutional culture and mental culture, will be showed. In the third part, I tried to analyze the causes that lead to the culture changes of migrants, and put forward several factors that hinder different nationality's cultural exchange.
