We must always proceed from our national conditions and deepen the reform of advanced education. The colleges and universities should focus the teaching reform and build up a highly logical layout of itself and various subjects in order to optimize the allocation of resources. With the students focused, the colleges and universities should change their educational philosophy. They should reform and innovate the teaching content, mode and approaches and cancel the administrative system of ways of running the school and at the same time build up the ranks of the teachers. The colleges and universities should construct the features of the subject and encourage the university spirit and form their own feature of running school in order to make the advanced education develop harmoniously and thoroughly.
