The phenomenon of school-choosing study is not only a hot spot in research of elementary education but also a general problem in all of cities in China. The phenomenon of school-choosing behaviors means that the parents and the students refuse to be benefited by the policy for the elementary students studying closely according to living area without paying but choose the other better school to own high quality resource and improve themselves'development. Because the high quality education resource is not enough and can't meet the parents and students needs,so it cause many school-choosing problems. The behaviors of school-choosing is the rights of the students' outward appearance expression and freedom of education seeking, it satisfied some parents'needs of good education, and as the same times this behaviors deprival of the opportunities of so many students who come from common and poor families so that the students who come from rich families have opportunities to enter key middle school than poor.Moreover, there are a variety of ways of school-choosing which effect the equal of education and social harmonious, it not only add the middle school students'load of study but also cause series hot problems. That's why trying to study on the phenomenon and clear up right and wrong radically, correctly realize the school-choosing problem and enlarged the good education and looking for an effective solution is very necessary.Xi'an is a famous city with very long history, especially after 1980'centenary with the economics and information area coming, so that people'income have been increasing quickly and education sensing have becoming awaken, so they eager to hope the good education enlarged. Addition to under the market system the competition is fierce in our life,the children'education becoming more and more important for citizens, so whether choose a good school for their children is a important thing for citizens.especially competition in middle school students are very fierce.In order to their children can enjoy good education,and share fine education resource and positive results, their parents have to pay high price for material and spirit. At the same time,this phenomenon also cause a series of economics.social and family problems, and it's also a problem suffered by the students'parents. A great of students'parents think that the children are their apples in the hands, whether they can enter the key middle school is very important for their future and happiness of their whole life.So the school-choosing of middle students are big cases foe hundreds and millions citizens, and this phenomenon is also the hot problem for my study on this paper.On the other way, the phenomenon of the school-choosing met a challenge from the reforming of education resource allocation, school-building system, management department and estimate system and so on, and it has been much fierce endless arguments. In recently, researchers could not found the same opinions, so this article use the others achievements for reference to continue in research of these problems and raise my point of views so that farther the research and revolve these problems step by step. My dissertation including for four parts:The first part is abstraction of the school-choosing of middle school students; the second part is phenomenon of school-choosing in Xian; the third part is analysis of the reason about school-choosing; the fourth part are the thinking and advices about how to resolve the school-choosing in Xian.In my opinion School-choosing is the basic right of students, and is the behaves of students to obtain the free education, and this behaves satisfied their parents'desires to seek good education resource, as same time, it meet the social development; School-choosing behaves draw the market system into the education system, to stimulate the competition among schools and teachers, so improve the education development; Through the way of examination to choose the ideal school and the school to choose students advantage for teaching and increase efficiency; So, I'm agree with the fair and reasonable behaves of school-choosing, But I'm really disagree with the competition of unfair ways so that result so many bad matters;for example:Because the ways of money and power in school-choosing,it resulted the problems of education unfair, the high payment of school-choosing, the students have to do heave courses because of examination of school-choosing, and so that damaged their health and imagination, and so on. So it's necessary to do farther research of these problems and raise the good and reasonable opinions to resolve the problems.
