The Research Of Adolescent Reproductive Health Services In JuChao

The quality of people is a ability that people can understand and change the world. It is the ability in many areas, including education level, social class, age gender and also including physical condition. Quality of people's health plays an important role in the quality of people. In China's population policy, however, the main goal is to control population, while improving the quality of the population is not so much concerned. In all age groups, young people are the future of our country, Whether becoming a qualified successor is very important.With the economic and social development and people's ideas change, the issues of adolescent's reproductive health has attract international attention and concern, many international organizations have focus on adolescent's reproductive health as a priority research areas.My thesis is about the service of adolescent's reproductive health.The group of youth is special,in the composition of its reproductive health services, mainly including education, health counseling, some diseases immunization and so on. In my survey, I selected the Juchao District, Chaohu City,using survey and structured interviews to collect material. The questionnaire is asked to the people of 16-24 years old.This division includes two group,both high school students and university students,it is better for study. The survey questionnaire includes young people's sexual attitudes, knowledge of reproductive health,the way to acquire knowledge and the demand for reproductive health services and so on. In structured interviews, I interviewed two main schools of teachers (one high school, another junior college), and one people which providing servies.I want to know the school's attitude, the need for reproductive health servies and the difficulties of reproductive health servies from the two teachers. I also want to konw our present reproductive health services, and some recommendations.In this research, I know the condition of adolescent reproductive health and demands as well as the difficulties encountered in the Juchao District, Chaohu City.In the section of providing advice, I mainly discuss the services about peer education. As a new approach, it can easy to carry out, carried diversity and with economic advantages, but there are some deficiencies, such as target groups limited, organizers to ask for higher. In my reasearch, the results has been combined with Juchao District's experience, I try to propose some methods to peer education. In addition to peer education, I also discuss family, school, community and internet in the service of adolescent's reproductive health,all of this are closely related. After summarizing the results of previous studies, I also propose some meoths to the service of adolescent's reproductive health, such as school doctor can be regularly presented lectures in schools, opened 24-hour hotline and set up counseling room for students, with the differents of student's age, gender characteristics,they can provide related guidance. Hope these suggestions will be useful for the reproductive health service providers and policy makers as a reference.
