Criminology research has three directions:the criminals, the victim, crime conditions.Middle school students from the direction of the criminal crime are studied. Students than stray or idle crime in the society of juvenile delinquency, much less, their identity is mainly in the areas of activity, students on campus, families, communities, and therefore the campus surrounding illegal or criminal behavior with some special rules, it also has some unique crime causes, and economic system transformation, now has a strong association of urbanization and the current education system, especially, school administration, is closely related to family problems.In the past, we say to students from overall crime, although in the minor crime aspects made good progress, a lot of nonage crime, but the book for high crime seemed to lack of special, system, further research and thinking, although have, also just a case analysis, or confined to one area, or confined to a certain stage, the students lack integrity is basically crime and systematic. Because some people think that all students crime quantity, on the other hand, crimes by minors including the crime, that is worth studying. I think this is a great mistake, this error is largely restricted to a group of student status crime of research, analyze and grasp。Based on the case of six representative of middle school students from Huainan, the intermediate people's court accesses a thorough, combined with the case in China's economic system reform, the education reform with the problems and defects, urbanization problems of physical and mental development of students, close contact with the rules, criminology, reference for using sociology, psychology, behavior science, philosophy and disciplines, systematically analyzed the social phenomenon in high crime and social reasons for the individual student, and summarizes the social phenomenon of crime. And according to the individual student crime causes and social reasons, crime, combined with physical and mental development of students, characteristics and activities in "three lines" for crime prevention system, macro prevention, lines, micro prevention cloth for prevention and emphasis high crime prevention system to ideas. This paper also break the traditional only from the school, family and social aspects of crime analysis method, emphasize the students, and also the former emphasizes the students from the perspective of neglect and middle school right infringement, the relationship between crime that is closely associated with both the conclusion.This paper also combine smultidisciplinary scientific analysis method, using more perspective, to minimize the error analysis, tries to prevent crime in the middle of the students, but also to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of students, and to promote the healthy growth of the social harmony and stability and development.
