An Ideological And Political Education Study On Social Control Of Juvenile Illegal And Criminal Offence

In this paper, if Ideological and Political Education(IPE) can be recognized and brought into full play, it can effectively improve the positive results of social control and reduce possibilities of juvenile crimes. At the beginning of this article, there are three measures which specifically explain how IPE works: guidance, education and development. Furthermore, guidance and development play an important role in IPE and education on society, arts, behavior, mentality, together with cultivating imagination and persistence can be a catalyst for IPE. When it comes to the restricting factors, this article has properly stated from four perspectives: families, schools, societies and individuals. In particular, from the social perspective, the negative influence of public media and sub-culture dissemination are pointed out. It is also very unstable from the initially fundamental control of young criminals. When compared with examples from foreign countries such as the UK, the US and Japan, our country has learnt the advanced experience on social control, and been inspired by changing in social control and the system so that social control on juvenile illegal and criminal offence can be fully and properly used.
