Vocational high school of beginning teachers adapt to the culture of teachers in their entire professional career development of great significance, it has a direct bearing on the future of the professional development of teachers. However, vocational high schools of beginning teachers as role transition mutations and the gap between the ideal and the reality appears many are not enough, and even hinder the growth of their professional competence. This paper discusses the vocational high schools beginning teacher in the process of cultural adaptation problems encountered, analyze the impact factors, and seek appropriate solutions.In this study, vocational high school in Henan Province beginning teachers for specific subjects, both theoretical and empirical study of there, mainly to take a literature study, questionnaires and interviews of study, trying to more carefully and objectively explore the culture of vocational high school beginning teacher adaptation of the problem, then explore strategies for solving problems. The main content of paper can be divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction. Introduces the topics of this study cause, meaning topics, and research methods.The second part is the beginning teachers of vocational high school on the theory of cultural adaptation. Vocational high school beginning teachers described acculturation theories, laid the theoretical foundation of this article.Third part empirical study. Vocational high school beginning of teachers through a questionnaire and interview analysis, summarizes the career high school beginning teachers in the cultural adaptation problems, describes the beginning teachers in vocational high schools in the confusion and cultural adaptation process of growth.The fourth part from the objective and subjective aspects of vocational high schools revealed the cause beginning teachers and cultural adaptation factors. The fifth part from the school culture, continuing education and vocational high schools of beginning teachers themselves and so a number of proposals to help promote the culture of vocational high school beginning teachers to adapt.
