Study On The Educational Right Of Peasant-workers' Children

From 2004 to 2010 , the theme of No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee all about"Agriculture-Countryside-Farmer". The problem of new peasant-worker who born after 1980 has come into notice.After 30 years of reform and opening-up, many peasant-workers have leaved the land to work in city under the government's support and innovation. But, the peasant-workers'children are looked down upon when they need to accept education, especially have few financial support from the government. This paper analysis the causes of that situation and reflect on the current phenomena of peasant-workers'children education right. The main reason is the irrational policy and our governments fail to inject sufficient resources to support the education in this area. After referred to the system for safeguarding the education right of other nation, the writer tries hard to structure the remark measures and legal system of education right of peasant-workers'children, so as to find the countermeasure and build humanistic environment for Harmonious Education to follow a scientific approach of development and man's all-round development.
