Teacher-student relationship is the most basic and important interpersonal system in educational activity, is the necessary means of successful completion of teaching tasks, and is the manifestation of the value and life meaning in teachers and students'teaching activities. In the classroom, in order to achieve the educational goals, the teachers and students will interact; it will produce co-operation or confrontation relationship. Class conflict is a subtle one between human relationships. Secondary school classroom cultural conflict is the differences and influence in values and behavior between teachers and students. In the classroom teaching process, although the secondary school classroom cultural conflict between teachers and students is common phenomenon, people who really understand do not know too much.Due to teachers, students, schools and parents,secondary school classroom cultural conflict between students and teachers is inevitable. The cultural conflicts are mainly goal orientation, the concept orientation and behavior inconsistent. Conflicts do not just bring negative impact, this thesis strongly emphasizes the positive factors, it promotes individual growth, which will helps teachers professional; will coordinates membership, will helps the establish harmonious relations between teachers and students; also maintains classroom discipline, and helps students development.Secondary school cultural conflict phenomenon between teachers and students is inevitable. How to effectively intervene and take measures to alleviate the conflicts, and optimize student relationship? To this end, teachers should respect students, foster correct view of teachers; understand and identify the student culture, foster correct view of students; enhance communication between teachers and students, establish dialogue relationship between teachers and students; establish mechanisms for conflict prevention, properly treat the conflict. Students should recognize their own role, strengthen self-management; schools should strengthen school management, promote good study style and build harmonious campus culture. Parents should improve educational methods, build harmonious family atmosphere.
