The application of information technology in universities can be regarded as the product of the development of economic times.The advent of the era of economic not only builds the solid base for the education but also play the huge roles in the teaching ideas and creativities in the teaching process.However,with the motivation of the economic development,the students in the universities can not adapt to the rapid growth of the economy.Students need to have a lifelong-learning attitude for their future work and life,so the construction of classroom culture and the strengthening of the communication between the subjects and objects are rather important and vital for both the college and the students.Lifelong-learning gradually becomes an important tool to adjust the teaching content and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.Classroom teaching community and the application of the community is becoming the key to building a harmonious culture between teachers and students,but also gradually become the focus of teaching reform.At present,the Internet learning style is regarded as an important part of the construction of classroom teaching community.However,the impact of information technology makes a hit on the teaching and learning style,so the differences between teachers' thinking styles,knowledge structure,innovation ability and students are increasing.The thesis is based on this background and illustrates how to construct harmonious cultures between the teachers and students in learning community of the university.The main contents of this thesis are summarized as four parts: the first part is describing the concept of college classroom learning community.The second part is a brief analysis of the cultural conflicts between teachers and students,between teachers and students in classroom learning community in terms of the questionnaires and investigations.The third part is a detailed analysis of the conflicts as well as their performances.Last part puts forward the corresponding construction path in order to construct the harmonious teacher and student culture.
