It has been proved by many researches that anthocyaninas a kind of inartificial phenolic compounds,has good inoxidizability.Rose Anthocyanin is one important kind of anthocyanin, but the scavenging action of it to active oxygen and free radicals which was made in strenuous exercise was not reported both at home and abroad. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to prove the inoxidizability and influence to mice's exercise ability of Rose Anthocyanin, and to offer theoretical basis to produce new antioxidant for sportsmen, prevent lipid peroxidation,scavenge free radicals and increase exercise ability, by measuring antioxidation index of locomotor mice which are treated with purified Pigment from rose.Methods:64 male mice (4-week-old)were randomly divided into four groups:Control group(C):fill with physiological saline of the same dosage with group R;Exercise control group(E): swimming according to the training program;Rose Anthocyanin (R): fill with Rose Anthocyanin;Exercise + Rose Anthocyanin group (ER):fill with Rose Anthocyanin + swimming according to the training program. After 4 weeks,8 mice from each group were selected and had exhaustive swimming. The other 8 mice in each group had swimming (carried 3% of their bodyweight) for 10 minutes and were sampled. The activity of the Superoxide dismutase (SOD),Glutathione Peroxidase(GSH-PX)and catalase(CAT),as well as the purity of Malondialdehyde (MDA)in their serum and skeletal muscle were determined to illuminate the influence of Rose Anthocyanin to mice's antioxidant capacities. The content of Lactin dehydrogenase(LDH)and Lactic acid(LD)in serum and skeletal muscle were measured to detect the influence of Rose Anthocyanin on mice's athletic ability. Analyze all the statistics by SPSS for Windows 11.5,P<0.05 means that the difference is salientExperimental results:1. Influence of Rose Anthocyanin and endurance exercises to mice's athletic ability:â‘ Group R, group E and group ER took more time until they swimming to exhausted than group C (P<0.05). Group ER took more time than group R and group E (P<0.05). But, the difference between group R and group E was not significant (P>0.05).â‘¡After quantified load exercise, LD content of Group R, group E and group ER was lower than group C(P<0.05). Besides, ER group was significantly lower group R and group E (P<0.05). But, the difference between group R and group E was not significant (P>0.05).â‘¢After quantified exercise, LDH activity in skeletal muscle of Group R, group E and group ER was significantly higher than group C(P<0.05), ER group was significantly higher than group R and group E (P<0.05). But, the difference between group R and group E was not significant (P>0.05).2. Influence of Rose Anthocyanin and endurance exercises to mice's inoxidizability:â‘ MDA content alteration of each group: the content of MDA in serum and skeletal muscle of group R, group E and group ER was significantly lower compared with group C (P<0.05). ER group was significantly lower than group R and group E (P<0.05). The difference between group R and group E was not significant (P>0.05).â‘¡Influence of Rose Anthocyanin and endurance exercises to mice's antioxidant enzyme in serum and skeletal muscle: After quantified exercise, the activity of SOD,GSH-PX,CAT in serum and skeletal muscle of group R, group E and group ER was significantly increased compared with group C, (P<0.05). ER group was significantly higher than group R and group E (P<0.05). The differences between group R and group E of SOD , CAT, GSH-PX was not significant in serum (P>0.05). But the activity of GSH-PX of group E was significantly higher than group C in skeletal muscle.Conclusion:1. Rose Anthocyanin can significantly extend the exhaustive swimming time of mice; improve their exercise and anti-fatigue ability; Exercise training could also improve mice's exercise ability. Combining of Rose Anthocyanin and exercise training can get a better result to mice's exercise ability.2. Rose Anthocyanin can increase the activity of SOD,GSH-PX,CAT in serum and skeletal muscle of mice, reduce the MDA content in serum and skeletal muscle,increase the inoxidizability of mice.3. Rose Anthocyanin can reduce the content of Lactic acid(LD)in serum and skeletal muscle of mice and increase the activity of LDH in skeletal muscle to improve their exercise ability.
