Analysis Of The Overall Technical Level On Women Single Of Our Country In The 9th And 10th Aerobic World Championships

With the rapid improvement of the technical levels in foreign countries, it is becoming increasingly fiercer in the competition of The Aerobic World Championships. Chinese players had won the second place in women single Sports aerobics of the 9th Aerobic World Championships, but then slipping down to the fifth place in the 10th Aerobic World Championships. The increasing gap between China and developed countries in women single badly influenced the team ranking. Only if after analyzing, studying, and seeking the reasons of this gap, then take some measures, can we greatly improve the technical level in women single. Thus, this paper chooses the topic"Analysis of the overall technical level on women single of our country in the 9th and 10th Aerobic World Championships", takes Chinese player and the first three women single players'routines in these two championships as the research objects, and utilizes the methods such as: literature method, contrastive analysis method and statistic videos mehod. According to the contrast between our women single players and the first three women single players in these two championships on the arrangement of the performance, showmanship and quality of the difficulty elements, this paper deeply analyses the current condition of women single technical level and the reason of slipping down of the ranking place in order to offer the targeted measures and provide reference frames for the improvement of the technical level on women single.research results:(1).the main reason of the slipping down of the ranking place from the second place in the 9th Aerobic World Championships to the fifth place in the 10th Aerobic World Championships: on the one hand, the rapid improvement of the technical level, difficulty elements and technical execution, players in developed countries increasingly promotes their competitive forces. On the other hand, the promoted extent of the technical level of our player is less than others and still the gap toward the first three players is getting wider, thus we should accelerate to promote the technical levels on women single.(2).Compared the performance of our women single player in the 9th Aerobic World Championships, there exist the followed features in women single player in the 10th Aerobic World Championships: the diminishment of the high difficult elements and movement patterns, the improvement of the successful rate on the elements, space shifting and total scores, but complete sets of action completion rate has dropped and the unbalanced distribution of the elements in the routine, thus we should improve and promote in different aspects.(3).In the 10th Aerobic World Championships, women single player narrow the gap toward the first three players on the difficult scores, but the artistic scores and executive scores are low, the time of movement pattern and total actions is relatively short, especially the movement pattern lacks enough unions and diversity, which forms an obvious gap toward the world first three. However, we get big improvement in the diversity of the variety of body directions in the movement pattern; still we approach the developed level on the diversity index of the limbs.(4).The women single's elements have unbalanced distribution in the total actions in the 10th World Sports Aerobics Championships. We obviously lack the arrangement of the elements of A, B, C level comparing with the first three players, and we also lack the elements with some kind of characters, especially the lack of the elements with A and B levels in both ninth and tenth championships, but the elements with C level are excessive and over centralized; The high scores elements centralized in the pre-half actions which makes the whole presentation lack the intensity. We still have some gap with the excellent players in the final quality of the elements and technical specification, but our women single player have some advantages in the utilize of difficult movement combination compared to the foreign players.(5).Our women single players'transition and linking movements with the highest using rate become mature and stable, but we lack creativity and originality in these movements, and they are less than average promoting rate of the world first three on the movement and using rate of the space shifting over the three levels, we still have gap toward the world first three players on the variety and its extent.(6). The music without our own character which used in the 10th Aerobic World Championships for our women single players can not reflect players'characters and express the motif, and the music with the slow rhythm is not as good as the last one in the ninth championship. The players'shortage of strength for the whole actions and weak controlling and expressive force for the body gestures, and lack of the ability to use players'own characters to reinforce the expressive force which make us big gap toward the world first three players.For this I recommend: adding the content of the whole actions and arrangement time; increasing the difficulty scores and artistic scores; comprehensively improving the physical constitution and the quality of the whole actions; optimizing the music and reinforcing the expressive force.
