As the knowledge economy, information society development, education and social relations are undergoing profound changes, in particular education information network has changed the time and space, has changed the education and teaching resources used. The students access to knowledge depends not only on the teachers teach, the more you rely on self-study to obtain. The students are in school together as a unit class, and class management style, study style building class students will view, outlook on life, a great impact on world outlook. Therefore, in class construction promote human autonomy and enable students to build self-study, self-development, class management mode, to the students to create a new learning and life time and space and inspire their interest in active learning of knowledge, involved in the construction of self-class enthusiasm and the spirit of unity and coordination is particularly important.In this paper, in accordance with their own class teacher for many years, moral education, work experience, combined with high school students the physical, psychological characteristics, focused on high school classes in the implementation of self-management status, role and methodological issues.The main contents of this paper includes three aspects: First, class self-management of the background, concepts and meaning, as well as in high school classes in the need for the implementation of self-management; Second, In high school classes in the implementation of self-management problems encountered in , as well as strategies to address these issues and the ultimate goal to be achieved; Third, and introduce themselves in practical work to ?enhance self-management classes in specific ways and initiatives.
