| Secondary vocational education is a vocational education carried out at the stage of high school education.Its purpose is to train hundreds of millions of skilled talents and high-quality workers on the basis of nine-year compulsory education,to serve the local economy and to promote the economic development of the surrounding areas.With the improvement of social productivity and the continuous change of labor mode,the demand for workers in society has changed from pure skilled qualified talents to comprehensive talents.In recent years,the phenomenon of low employment rate of skilled students in secondary vocational schools has emerged.Therefore,it is urgent for secondary vocational schools to establish a talent training model to meet the needs of enterprise development,which is closely related to the employment and recruitment needs of enterprises.Team management,as the core link of enterprise development and operation,is an important subject for every enterprise to study and build.In the field of education management,the teaching management of primary and secondary schools also adopts the team management mode,but in the student management of secondary vocational colleges,the concept of team management is seldom used.However,secondary vocational schools have the characteristics of emphasizing skill training,combining theory with skill practice.In many cases,they need to use team concept,rely on team strength to solve practical problems,gain more professional skills in the process of team practice,and integrate with theoretical knowledge in the classroom.Firstly,this paper studies the student management model of Guangning Secondary Vocational Schools,and set up pilot classes based on the major of accounting in this school.Secondly,it implements the self-management of the pilot classes based on the team management model.Thirdly,it carries out the self-management of the pilot classes from the course assessment results,the mastery effect of practical courses,the students' social communicative competence and completion.Finally,from three aspects of class culture construction,benign competitive atmosphere and continuous learning,the implementation of self-management of the class environment security strategy,power security strategy and the era of renewal security strategy. |
