With the rapid development of society, bringing more and more material enjoying to people , at the same time, the mental pressure is also growing. As a survey shows, 71% of college students in a normal emotional state, there are 29% of the students exist different degrees of depression; 31% of female university students in depressive tendencies, 26% of male students have different degrees of depression. It is indicated that depression among college students in common , and the female college students is particularly serious.In view of this topic proposed this study. The purpose of this study is to explore the Aerobics on the impact of depression in female college students.The object of this study is to find the effect of aerobic exercise to female college students who are suffering from depression. Thus, a low-cost and effective solution to female college students can be found. At the same time, to find the effects response of aerobic exercise to different social support, different coping styles and different personalities of students with depression.Using a quasi-experimental research methods, the objects are all selected among one, two, three-year female university students in Inner Mongolia Normal University, some of who attend gym aerobics as public course, others do not participate in any movement, a total of 500 students (300 do Aerobic exercise and 200 with no campaign). 96 students are selected using Zung's self-rating depression scale (SDS) (SDS index points≥50, does not meet DSM-Ⅳdiagnostic criteria of depression). Finally, 62 are selected as an exercise group and 34 are non-exercise. The objects are divided into 3 groups. They are low intensity exercise group (n=32), medium-intensity exercise group (n=30) and non-exercise group (n=34). The concrete campaign methods are exercise which takes 90 minutes at 1 times each week, medium-intensity exercise group's heart rate should reach 60% -75% of maximum heart rate, minimum should be 55%-60% of maximum. Questionnaires including Zung self-rating depression scale (SDS), Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), Coping Style Scale (TAS) and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) to assess before and after the campaign lasted for 10 weeks, all the papers should be completed in 40 minutes. SPSS13.0 used as a statistical tool, data analysis software package, in which include t test, one-factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation etc.The results show that: In SDS, compared with non-exercise group, medium and minimum intensity exercise groups are significant difference before and after campaign (t=8.099, p<0.001); there are no statistically significance before and after survey of non-exercise group (t=1.357,p<0.05); the differences of medium and small-intensity group are significant(t=4.831, p<0.001); there exists no difference between medium-intensity group and the low intensity group (t=3.398, p<0.05); SDS score have negative correlation with problem-solving (rs=-0.187), self-blame (rs=-0.159) (p<0.05), it has positively correlation with the standard score(rs=0.136) and utilization of support (rs=0.166) (p<0.05).The final conclusions are the following three aspects::1. After 10 weeks of aerobic exercise, depression of female college students are improved, however, the effect of medium exercise is more obvious than minimum intensity exercise.2. Students who use self-blame and problem-solving of coping style more worse can contribute to a better improvement. Meanwhile, the more emotional instability and utilization of support can lead to a better improvement of depression.3.Different sources and in various professional improvement of student depression are different ,student who come from moderate and liberal arts majors cities of more significant improvements in depression.
