The Study Of Extracurricular Reading Guidance Strategies About Saihan Quarter Of Hohhot Primary Students

Extracurricular reading is the most important content in extra-curricular language activities. It is the continuation and expansion of curricular reading. It is of great significance for strengthening primary extracurricular reading. As a primary school language teachers in Hohhot city center ,I deeply felt the lack of extracurricular reading attention and guidance for students in schools language teaching. In order to investigate the status of primary school extracurricular reading in four areas of Hohhot city, and find out the problems in extracurricular reading and explore the reasons for the formation, and put forward the corresponding strategies to improve primary students'extracurricular reading ability and language literacy in Hohhot, the author used a questionnaire survey and interview methods, well-designed questionnaires and interviews, invested three primary schools in Hohhot and found that Hohhot primary extracurricular reading problems are: 1, Primary purpose of the extracurricular reading also has a certain degree of blindness, randomness, follow the trend line. 2, Primary school students in reading both the amount of time or the reading measure in quantitative terms are in a very low level. 3, From the contents of primary school extracurricular reading, the students who read children's literature books, such as children's poetry, children's essays, ancient and modern versions of classic children's books and popular science knowledge books are too little. 4, The majority of students in extracurricular reading method are inappropriate. 5 The ways primary school students in reading are single and books are bought usually by themselves. 6, Though the community, school, family are in a high degree of attention about primary school pupils'extracurricular reading in attitudes, substantive measures are exile. Exploring the problems in extracurricular reading, the main reasons are: the schools and family education in Hohhot is plagued by problems and the impact of modern information media and the government's lack of financial input. On the basis of extensive collection of the information, carefully read and analyzed a large number of reading-related literature, the author combines theory and practice and put forward the guidance strategies for students of four districts in the city in Hohhot in extracurricular reading: to create a good atmosphere in extracurricular reading, to stimulate a strong extracurricular interest in reading, recommend suitable extracurricular reading lists, cultivating the right extracurricular reading method, to develop a good extracurricular reading habits, using of pluralistic evaluation of extracurricular reading. This paper focuses on a more systematic way from the teachers to propose a strategy in guiding Hohhot primary's extracurricular reading strategies. Paper conducted a survey, analysis, with a view to identify problems and focus on targeted issues in proposing strategies, use the theory as a guide, to practice as a breakthrough, scientifically and systematically and targeted. Because I work in the teaching line, usually note the accumulation of the guidance about reading and extracurricular reading experience, so examples and methods cited by the paper are authentic and operable, and through the test of practice, these methods and experiences have more obvious results for the promotion of student to format good extracurricular reading habits. Therefore, this paper have some help and inspiration for other teachers or parents in guiding students in Hohhot about extracurricular reading systematically, but also provides a guideline for other teachers in extracurricular reading to do more in-depth study and exploration .
