Research On Kindergarten Nurses' Participation Into Home-kindergarten Coorporation

Kindergarten nurses are important roles of early childhood education.Kindergarten nurses interact very often with little children,thus they bear great importance on children.It proviedes a good way to promote a child to develop harmoniously.Kindergarten nurses'participation into home-kinergarten coorporation bears great importance on children's healthy growing.Family and kindergarten coorporate intensey,thus can upgrade quality of early childhood education.This is now widely approved by children workers.Nowadays,there are many research on kindergarten nurses,but there is hardly no research on kindergarten nurses'participation into home-kindergarten coorporation. I use documenary-historical method,questionnaire,interview techniques in my research,thus I analyze the current situation and the effect factor of kindergarten nurses'participation into home-kindergarten coorporation.the research conclusions are as follows:Firstly,kindergarten nurses'acknowledgement of home-kindergarten coorporation is very good.They hope that kindergarten leaders can attach importance to them,thus promot their quality of participation into home-kindergarten coorporation.Secondly,kindergarten nurses'frequecy of participation into home-kindergarten coorporation is not high.However,they participate into home-kindergarten coorporation at a low level.they just participate while parents come to kindergartens to pick or send their children,or on the day open to parents.because of their own factors and internet and so on,kindergarten nurses face many hardships. I also raise relevant suggestions in my paper.
