Kindergarten teaching activity, an important part of daily teaching activities, is the key to promote the development of children’s intelligence, social relations, emotion, and affection, etc. Whether the nurses, who is the most closely people of child, would be effectively took part into the teaching activity, is one of the factors that affect the quality of education.The current study adopt convenience sampling method, to extract eighty-one nurses and eighty-three teachers from eight kindergartens as objects, and they answered our questionnaire. At the same time, we choose 6 classes included small, medium, and large ones in two different types of kindergartens to observe. The observation mostly consists of five main areas of teaching and learning activities. In addition, we also took interviewing method to learn about the underling content of nurses participating teaching and learning activities, and analyze the problems and the reasons of nurses participating teaching and learning activities, and put forward suggestions for improvement.Firstly, we analyze the current situation of nursery governess in teaching activities. We mainly carried on data statistics and analysis from three aspects:subjective perception, objective action and teacher-child interaction of nursery governess, to understand the problems in the process of nursery governess. Subjective cognition of nursery governess includes the right, significance, role, and confidence to participate effectively of participating in teaching activities. Objective action includes the frequency, time, type of participation, motivation, method, and guidance on child, etc. of nursery governess.Secondly, we analyze the relevant factors influencing nursery governess in teaching activities. We took a comprehensive description and analysis from the kindergarten system, nurses, teachers, instructional activities, and activity room environment.Moreover, we proposed some suggestions of how to guide nurses to participate in teaching activities. The specific feasible countermeasures are proposed from three aspects:kindergarten, teachers, and nurses. To the kindergarten, we should take a high entry barriers for the nurses, perfect the training system, and conduct a good system of teaching activities, and reduce nurse’s work strength; to the teachers, we should update the concept about the nursery governess, and give nurse some professional guidance; to the nurses, we should improve cognition about the nursery governess, strengthened ability to participate teaching activities, and establish a good relationships with other people in kindergarten.Finally, we proposed an ideal policy to participate in teaching activities at various stages for nurses.Nurses should have a good prepare of knowledge and experience, materials, and activity environment. During activities, nurses should calm down, maintain the discipline; concerned about dynamic; timely assistance, individual instruction, and packed carefully, observe attentively, feedback timely.
