Research On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Team Management Of Kindergarten Nurses

A good kindergarten care environment is a necessary condition for the healthy growth of young children.The nurse is the direct implementer of the health care work in kindergarten.Improving the quality of the management of the team of nursery workers is an urgent problem to be solved in kindergartens.This study takes health care work as the entry point,the management status quo and influencing factors of kindergarten nurses as the research content,takes questionnaire method and interview method as the research method,statistics on the information collected from the self-compiled questionnaire,and analyzes it in combination with the interview.The results show that:1.The overall management of the kindergarten caregiver team is at a good level,but the following problems remain:(1)the establishment of a health-care system lacks the participation of caregivers.(2)The training of the team of nurses lacks the form of teaching and research.(3)Sanitary disinfection inspection late inspection link is weak.2.The differences in the various dimensions of the management of the kindergarten nurse team in each demographic variable are as follows:(1)there are differences in the number of years managers are employed and the size of the garden,and there are extremely significant differences in the educational qualifications of managers and in the nature of the park.(2)There are differences in the management of the team of nursery workers in the number of years managers,there are significant differences in the nature of the park,and there are significant differences in the size of the park.(3)There are significant differences in the size of the garden in the management of the regular work of the nursery.3.The overall management situation of the kindergarten nursery team is greatly influenced by various factors.(1)Overall by the director and health care executive leadership of the impact of greater.(2)Overall,the impact on caregivers is less.4.The factors influencing the management of the kindergarten nurse team vary from dimension to dimension in each demographic variable,as follows:(1)The shorter the manager's length of service,the greater the influence on the director and the health care supervisor's leadership.(2)Private kindergartens are greatly influenced by the head of the park and the head of health care.(3)The smaller the size of the park,the greater the impact on the health care executives and the caregivers.According to the above results,the researchers changed their inherent ideas,participated in the system discussion,carried out teaching and research activities,set up various incentives,to check and promote norms,strengthen the normal management level,the gardens learn from each other to achieve multi-resource complementarity,refine their job responsibilities,reasonablely grant management rights,optimize independent training,improve training management mechanism,improve salary treatment,strictly control access standards seven aspects to give countermeasures and suggestions.
