The Study And Practice Of Cultivate Teaching Ability For Normal Student In New Model

In year 2007, the Ministry of Education began to implement "Promote free educating normal students in Normal School" project, means the free educating normal students has come back again. As the country has emphasis their efforts in promote training normal students, the students will have more time to learn teaching skills. Thus the normal school should take this advantage to help students to improve their overall teaching ability and make certain reforms and adjustments in the traditional way of training normal students. So, we're trying to use on-line learning platform to help improving the training method.This paper is committed to research how to take the advantage of traditional normal student's training process as well as the information technology, to create a comprehensive environment for normal student. Since we can't change much about the traditional way of training process, we focus on bellow issues:"how to define the educational skills for normal students", "how to design a new training pattern" and "how to choose effective information technology to realize the training pattern".First is "how to define the educational skills for normal students". In order to understand the definition of educational skills for teacher, we need to investigate about the students. Second is to analyze the detailed needs and design a basic structure.Second is "how to design a new training pattern". We will design a systematic training pattern on the investigation results. The pattern is different from the traditional way because we also provide a supportive, well-developed on-line training environment, which could give normal students a more practical place through case study.Third is "how to choose effective information technology to support the training pattern ". We think it's a key point when we discuss about how to use and select information technology to help training educational skills. We analyze different solutions and decide to use Blackboard as the solution to help support the new training pattern finally.The paper will discuss the above key segments in different chapters and give a practical solution in training normal students of their educational skills.
