In recent years,with the rapid development of the society,the supply of talents is in short supply,from the active selection of talents in the past to passive selection of talents.In this environment,talents have become particularly scarce,and the role of human resource management in enterprises has become increasingly prominent.Large enterprises have become more and more concerned about talent selection and retention.At the same time,major human resources companies have successively provided enterprises with various services such as recruitment,training,remuneration,background adjustment,evaluation,and headhunting,so as to facilitate the different development of enterprises.stage,to provide corresponding matching services,for this reason,the competition between different human resources companies is becoming increasingly fierce.This paper takes QC company as the research object,and studies the improvement of the training system for front-line sales staff.First,through the theory of domestic and foreign literature,the author gives an overview of the theory of training and training system,and summarizes the basic theories related to the training system.The in-depth research in the following article provides a rich theoretical basis;secondly,the author conducts investigations and interviews with the front-line sales staff of QC company to understand the training needs and suggestions of QC company employees,and uses qualitative analysis methods to analyze the current front-line sales staff of QC company.The training situation and the main problems encountered in the construction of the training system for the front-line sales staff of QC company,and in-depth analysis according to the existing problems;Thirdly,in view of the causes of the above problem analysis,the author uses the training system construction and competency model construction.According to the relevant theories,follow the design principles of training system construction,build a competency model for different levels of sales for QC companies,establish a standardized training system,improve the training organizational structure,design training courses and improve the database,and continuously optimize the training process and give Career planning guides training,so as to build a complete training system for front-line sales staff;finally,it also proposes safeguards for the construction of the training system,advocates the construction of a learning organizational culture,and strengthens the QC company’s training system improvement measures to ensure smooth progress.Through the improvement of the training system for the front-line sales staff of the QC company,the employees can carry out targeted training and learning at different development stages of their work,improve their business capabilities,and help the front-line sales staff to quickly adapt to the challenges brought about by the business transformation of the QC company,and constantly adjust Self,reduce the turnover rate of new and old employees of the enterprise,employees have a higher recognition of the organization,and strengthen the retention rate of outstanding talents.At the same time,its relevant research results are for companies with business transformation plans and companies with imperfect training systems.From the perspective of employees,it provides a more scientific and practical training system,which serves as a reference.
