In this paper, the ten universities in Shanghai university students as subjects, a questionnaire survey, literature, visit the survey, data statistics, logic analysis, on their sports consumption studies, mainly from their sports consumption Attitude, motivation, consumption, consumption structure, consumer satisfaction evaluation of several aspects of study and hope to be able to correctly guide the students to sports consumption and the development of college sports and college sports market, carry out the work to provide reference. The results showed:(1)Shanghai students already have a strong awareness of fitness and sports consumption concept. Physical health, entertainment, hobbies, and ease the pressure on students the importance of sport consumption motives. (2) students under their sports consumption level of the major economic factors, the overall level of consumption was stronger than boys and girls sports. (3) Shanghai College sports consumption and material consumption of main sports services and sports information consumption Consumer lower. (4) of the Shanghai university students regularly participate in sports programs rather scattered and exercise program for boys and girls there are some differences. (5) the factors restricting consumption of college students in sports and sports interest came first, followed by physical exercise time and economic factors. (6) the quality of college consumer satisfaction with high consumption of sports venues and high satisfaction with the traffic situation.Recommendation:(1)schools and sports management department should strengthen the student sports concepts, sports consumer awareness, understanding and acceptance of students to meet the health needs of sports consumption is an important consumption. (2) Students participating in school sports activities reduced the fees and costs to improve consumer interest in the students. (3) Authentic sports consumption concept to guide students so that they can be more reasonable consumption structure. (4) Optimization College Sports Curriculum, features more than the times to carry out thecharacteristics and meet the students interested in sports.(5) The development of school venues and ticket prices reasonable and thoughtful logistics configuration, as much as possible to meet the training needs of students.
