There are many deficiencies in the implement practice.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper is to formulate the evaluation index system and make it as a study masterstroke, first by questionnaire survey method and interview method, ask the PE teachers to collect the current situation of the evaluation to the mental healthy and the social adaptation ability of the middle students.physical education teaching, Then through the analysis to the investigation result, combined with the requirements new course standards of sports teaching, preliminary draft junior high school physical education learning in mental health and social adaptation ability evaluation index system, with the Survey of the experts to determine the evaluation index and evaluation standard.Re-use the AHP to define the relative weight of each index, thus forming evaluation index system. Final design the evaluation scheme, and put forward the workable method.Through using the method of literature survey and investigation method, mathematical statistics method, from illegal, analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and mathematical statistics method, make the following conclusions:1.The P.E. teachers have positive attitude to the evaluation of mental health and social adaptation ability, and create the good conditions for the reform of evaluation, but the Status of implementation is bad..
