With the concept of education informatization,the network began to infiltrate into education and teaching.A large number of emerging e-learning websites have emerged,and these sites have spread across various educational levels and disciplines.Driven by this wave of educational informatization,the school encourages teachers to actively develop various types of online courses.The use of online courses is not limited by time and space,and is flexible.With these online platforms,primary and secondary school teachers have also developed a number of online courses.They hope that with the help of online courses,such teaching methods can motivate learners' internal learning motivation,carry out learner-centered teaching,and carry out studies that are conducive to the development of students' individuality.However,the construction of web-based courses is a complex system project.At present,there are indeed some problems,such as the unclear positioning of online courses,positioning it as a traditional class of mechanical transplantation or teaching equipment;the content design is not professional,the level of teaching design still remains in the traditional teaching stage,the evaluation methods are not multiple,and evaluation results are mostly determined by test scores,and the results are mostly determined by exam results and summative assessment.This article will mainly improve the evaluation of online courses.In this paper,we build an evaluation index system of online course learning to evaluate learners in online course learning,to supervise and guide their learning effectively while learning evaluation,so as to improve their learning efficiency and quality.Based on the evaluation of online course learning in primary and secondary schools,this paper analyzes the research achievements of online course learning evaluation index system at home and abroad,and finds out the valuable parts and shortcomings in the study of the evaluation index system of online courses in primary and middle schools.According to the concept of the new curriculum reform,the characteristics of the Sakai network platform and the guidance of the theory of multiple intelligence,constructivist learning and the learning community theory,the evaluation index items are initially established.And then using the method of expert meetings and questionnaire investigation method to improve the index of evaluation index system of network course learning,establish a learning attitude,learning process and learning effect for first-level indicators,as well as by the three dimensions of six secondary indexes and 17 three indexes,and each index is explained.According to the index score of several experts,the weight of each item is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and finally the evaluation index system of online course learning is completed with Sakai platform as an example.Finally,empirical research is conducted to test the evaluation effect of the web-based learning evaluation index system.Through this study,we hope to play a positive role in the evaluation of primary and middle school students' online course learning.
