School physical education is one of the most important part of school education,and the learning effectiveness of students during the process of school physical education has been always the topic concerned by the society."National College Physical Education Curriculum Teaching Guidelines"(hereinafter referred to as the "Program")defines the main objective of physical education curriculum is to boost physical health.However,the investigation results of students' health in 2014 published by the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education suggested that “the physical health of the undergraduate students in China has been declining since 25 years ago,Especially the problem of obesity.” Thus it is quite significant to improve the learning effectiveness of physical education of undergraduate students.This paper takes the learning effectiveness of physical education of undergraduate students in regular universities and colleges in Shanghai as the research topic,and employs various research methods and summarizes the influence factors of the learning effectiveness of the physical education of undergraduate students in regular universities and colleges with fishbone chart and pareto analysis.Then,this paper establishes the evaluation model of the learning effectiveness of the physical education of undergraduate students in regular universities and colleges on the basis of Kirkpatrick model,and applies this model in some circumstances.Conclusions:1.The class factors that affect the learning effect of College Students' physical education whose Cumulative Percentages fall in 0-80% are learning interest,learning motive and sports skill levels,so the cumulative percentage reaches 80.46%.This indicates those three factors are the main influence factors of the learning effectiveness of the physical education of undergraduate students.The class factors whose Cumulative Percentages fall in 80.46-89.1% are the degree of learning participation and the willpower quality of students,which are the secondary factors of the learning effectiveness of the physical education of undergraduate students.The class factors whose Cumulative Percentages fall in 95%-100% are the facilities condition and the attitude of teachers towards students,which are the common factors of the learning effectiveness of the physical education of undergraduate students.2.Based on Kirkpatrick model,this paper establishes an evaluation model of the learning effectiveness of the physical education of students which consists of 4 first grade targets and 13 second grade targets.The first grade targets include four levels of “response level”,“learning level”,“behavior level” and “results level”.In detail,the response level includes the students' cognition of physical education class and how much they like it,and the learning attitude;the learning level includes students' mastery of physical education theories and motor skills,the precaution of sport injuries,the ability of emergency management and the progress degree while handling it;the behavior level includes the attendance rate of PE class and classroom performance,and the participation of extracurricular sports;the results level includes the improvement of physical health,the development of the physical exercise habit and the formation of the awareness of lifelong physical exercise.3.By the application of this evaluation model,the goal of quantitative evaluation of learning effectiveness of physical education of undergraduate students has been achieved,and the evaluation is hierarchical,structural and purposeful,which indicates this evaluation model established with this method can be applied in the evaluation of learning effectiveness of physical education of undergraduate students,and it's valuable for improving and enhancing the learning or teaching effectiveness of physical education of undergraduate students.
