The profession morality is a serious and sensitive topic.,It is a new social morality phenomenon that came into being with the development of the practical activities related with PR in our country. In recent years, the community and there are many public relations triggered by lack of staff ethics of public relations crisis,public relations officer of the Professional Ethics imminent.But professional ethics of public relations, in our more focused on the clause type of theoretical discourse,practical expressions have become weak,can not for some ideas from abroad flexible use, without its own characteristics.In this paper, construction and enrichment of public relations ethics and systems thinking as a starting point,trying to follow the trend in the development of construction with Chinese characteristics under the PR system of Professional Ethics.This dissertation is divided into the following four Parts.Part I,The core of the profession morality of public relations.To make out the definition of Profession morality of PR Pracetitioners,and make clear analysis of its connotation. Professional ethics of public relations is public relations staff in the public relations practice that should be followed for the regulation of social organization associated with the public relations code of conduct and guidelines for the sum of the working environment in a particular form of moral code specifications. Public relations professional in the field of this particular and other sectors compared to professional ethics has many unique features.This article reveals three aspects of the characteristics of public relations ethics.First,the public relations code of ethics regulating the ultimate goal is to achieve "win-win" or "win-win" situation;second, public relations code of ethics demands more emphasis on the authenticity of information dissemination;Third,public relations professional code of ethics regulate the content relevant. Part II,the achievements about Professional code of ethics of international public relations.This section mainly introduced some international professional ethics guidelines of the extract,Including the United States Public Relations Society of Professional Standards, International Public Relations Association to develop an international public relations ethics,and the United Kingdom Public Relations Society of Professional Conduct. And on this basis, identify the various similarities between professional ethics and personalized content.These specifications for the construction of professional ethics in China has a great reference.Part III, Professional Ethics in Public Relations Problems and attribution. This section describes the first case in China through the professional ethics of public relations problems,Include:pursuit of profit a serious lack of moral self-discipline thinking, keen to promote the concept of prevalence of false speculation and damage the public interest suspected of fraud, bad news for the secretive handling of several aspects.And detailed analysis of the cause of public relations personnel Professional Ethics of reasons,including:professional ethics empty pertinence,the lack of professional ethics management authority of binding is not strong, ethical practice of staff with poor separation of the five aspects of knowledge and actionPart IV,Strengthen the professional ethics of public relations ideas. This section described by the five aspects of public relations on how professional ethics should be done.
