Study On Modern Personality Education Of College Students In China

With the development of society, modern personality education for college students has become the focus of global attention. The modernization of society calls for the modernization of personality, and the modern personality needs modern education to realize. The overall qualities of China college students' modern personality has certain influence on modernization of our society, to some extent, it relates harmonious socialist society's progress and quality in our country. In order to face the increasingly diversified social development trend, universities strengthen the education of college students' modern personality. Under the new situation, it opens up a whole new area of the improvement of ideological and political education and promote college students' all-round development.As the most innovative social group, college students are also the main force in the construction of socialist modernization. Under the influence of economic globalization and China's socialist market economy system in the 21st century, the quality of college students' modern personality will directly effect spiritual outlook of harmonious socialist society, and it is also directly related to the success of China's socialist modernization. The modernization of society deeply is changing college students'physical and mental development of external social conditions, thus it forms a more favorable social mechanism in favor of college students'physical and mental development gradually.On the background of the new era of globalization and informationization, this paper applies the theory of Marxism and ideological and political education, psychology, pedagogy personality and some related discipline theory to observe and study Chinese college students' education of modern personality. In the first chapter, the author gives an in-depth and comprehensive elaboration of the significance of strengthening the education of college students' modern personality based on the analysis of personality and modern personality's characteristics and content. In the second chapter, problems existing in the process of college students' modern personality will be discussed, including the moral sentiment of landslide, social responsibility weakening, value as the problem of utilitarian personality factors deep. Next, the author give systematically study and scientific orientation of modern personality which college students should have to adapt to the social modernization, and also have preliminary elaboration on main content and basic method of college students'modern personality education in our country. The orientation of development value of college students'modern personality education should make personality education come out from the sermon of politicized and abstraction. And it innovates personality education method and pays attention to the reality of the educated. Last, the author focuses on construction model of college students' modern personality education in our country in order to do some contributions on college students'modern personality education, it can be said that this study has certain practical significance.
