Data Mining Application In The Network Instruction Evaluation

In recent years, with the rapid development of network technology, as well as the growing popularity of Internet applications, the network has become one indispensable part of daily life, and has become an important teaching tools and teaching establishments.At the same time, Web-based forms of teaching in the domestic colleges and universities are also quickly geting the promotion and popularization.There are already 69 major universities as a pilot project of modern distance education carrying out distance education with web-based form.Against this trend of research for network teaching increasing demand for network teaching evaluation and research are also more and more pressing.Network teaching is a new product, how to do online teaching evaluations is also a relatively new topic.The form of online teaching and traditional teaching system of a different class has its own characteristics, while teaching evaluation also will have a corresponding change. This paper summarizes the characteristics of the network and process of teaching evaluation and in accordance with the laws of network teaching evaluation, comprehensive results of previous studies obtained their own set of design elements of teaching evaluation, this design is that valuable context of the specific been put into application of multimedia online teaching system, combining theory and practice, drawn from more detailed assessment of the elements and indicators.At the same time, the author based on the above evaluation factors, combined with the application of extraction part of the teaching system in which indicators to carry out data mining. By clustering analysis resulted in the students now use state education system and students into categories, to facilitate a targeted guidance; through classification analysis, the decision tree structure of student performance shows that results obtained structural design of the feedback from teachers will help teachers with better ways to improve the evaluation of students.Finally, the author discusses the data mining the significance of online teaching system, the end result on the system, the theory fell into practice.
