The application of"experiential Learning"in Biology during junior high school,"experiential Learning"is a special type of learning. It combines two forms of outer and inner to shape humanism. Individuals should be active and conscious firstly, then they grasp, feel and penetrate, finally the personalized, guiding emotional attitude and value system can be formed. It is a highlight in quality education's thorough development and a requirement of biology curriculum standards. Also, it is an effective learning thought, which is both old and modern. The optimization to the inner quality of teachers and students is the emphasis. It expands and extends the experience learning, it combines knowledge, emotion, meaning and actions, it leads students to go deeply into Biology.There are many stages in the developing process of psychology, and students in junior high school have many features to their psychology. They sometimes lost themselves, confused and own typical fugacious emotion. In order to correct their attitude and make them set their values clearly, they can get knowledge and technology with teachers'help and leading during the process of experience and sentiment. The necessity of experiential learning is clear. Also, the intension of the essential attributes of life in biology, the inflection of the experimental essential attributes, the way to form students'quality through experience and education, all of these need students and teachers'experience and gnosis. Therefore, it is feasible to carry out experiential learning for students in junior high school.Therefore, I have completed a city level subject and and four of my research thesis have been come out by using experiential learning. Among these ,I have used documentary study, survey method, experiment study, action research study, and so on.I have mainly tried the following methods in five aspects:Experience and realize the step from nature biotechnology to human biology by using biology stories;Learning by doing, that is a way to remote the upgrading of knowledge and emotions: the sentiment in steaming buns with your parents, the revelation in inventing microscope by Levin.Hook, the filial in making egg tea for your parents, and the interview on the feeling of your mother's pregnancy;Emphasize life, understand the essential attribute of life: in following aspects---substance, power, bearing and exchange of information;To experience on your own, to understand by association, to express by imagination;To search actively, to integrate speculation, to practice the ideas of new standards.Through the comparative analysis before and after the experiment, I get the following conclusions: Students'learning results are increased, their accomplishment in biology is strengthened, their ability of operating is better, we both won in teaching and learning. The experiment proves the effectiveness of"Experience plus realization"learning, we get a double harvest as teachers knows how to teach and students know how to learn. Teaching is a process to show the knowledge, teachers can gradually make students know more while they are searching some ideas in this process; learning is a process of knowledge's internalization, which is a only route for students to grasp something. Thus, by using"Experience plus realization"learning, we understand"People's final value chase is the truth of science","People's chase for goodwill in the developing of human's wisdom", and the fusion of this two. Therefore, the essentiality of experiential learning is upgrading the cognitive structure of teachers'guiding and enlightenment for students'internalization and understanding to reach the spiritual realm of experience and realization.
