Culture is the underlying factors restricting the curriculum reform. Curriculum and culture are inseparable, curriculum derive from culture which determine its cultural character. Along with cultural chang, curriculum reform become necessary and possible. Curriculum reform is a performance of culture chang in the field of education. The consistence of curriculum and culture have an great influence on the further development of curriculum reform. Minority area's kingdergarten curriculum reformation is different with main area, because its cultual background is complex and diverse. From new vision, the cultural vision, this paper analyzed the history of curriculum reformation in the kingdergarten of Inner Mongolia since reform and opening up,aims to reveal different culture have different effect on the curriculum reformation in the kingdergarten. Furthermore, it analyzed the problem of the curriculum reformation in the kingdergarten of Inner Mongolia, and some practice strategise are proposed to promote the development of curriculum reformation in the kingdergarten of Inner Mongolia.This paper is composed of five part:The first part is preface .it points out the reason,significance and actuality of this research , together with the brief introduction of methodology.In the second part ,four reasons are given to the kingdergarten curriculum reform of Inner Mongolia. They are the require of social development, the renovate of educational concept, the inffluance of elementary and pre-school educational culurriculum reform in China,the problem of kingdergarten education and curriculum itself.The third part expound the kingdergarten curriculum reform of Inner Mongolia from six aspect, the mode of curriculum reformation , curriculum concept , goals,contents,implement and assessment. The fourth part is the difficult and innovative part of this paper. From new vision, the cultural vision, this part analyzed the history of curriculum reformation in the kingdergarten of Inner Mongolia since reform and opening up. The development of culture is dynamic process, contains cultural communication, cultural conflict, cultural integration and cultural change. Regarding cultural dynamic process as a framework to analyze the kindergarten curriculum reformation problems.Finally, this paper propose appropriate practice strategies to solve the problem of Inner Mongolia kindergarten curriculum reformation. From national to local and then to kindergarten, from the macro to micro, aims to improve the cultural consciouness of minority ethnic and establish practice strategy system of cultural consciouness.
